Kissing is awesome.

I gained ten pounds this summer (HOW?) and I would like it to go away now. The only way I know how to lose weight is to basically starve myself and I would rather not do that anymore. I don’t eat a whole lot to begin with, so cutting out 500 calories or whatever isn’t practical. And if I eat healthier foods then I end up with more calories than I get now. So if someone could teach me how to exercise or something, that would be very helpful.
